Important Note: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, our return policy differs from typical retail products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Fresh Flower Arrangements & Bouquets
Fresh flowers are perishable living products. To ensure your satisfaction:
- Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 3 days from delivery when properly cared for according to our care instructions.
- Reporting Issues: Any concerns about the quality, appearance, or arrangement must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by contacting us and providing photographs of the arrangement.
- Resolution Options: For valid quality issues, we offer:
- Replacement of the arrangement (subject to availability)
- Store credit for future purchase
- Full or partial refund at our discretion
2. Plant Products
For potted plants and living arrangements:
- Quality Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed to be in healthy condition upon delivery and for 7 days thereafter when properly cared for according to our care instructions.
- Reporting Issues: Any issues with plant health or condition must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Resolution Options: For valid quality issues, we offer:
- Replacement of the plant (subject to availability)
- Store credit for future purchase
- Full or partial refund at our discretion
3. Non-Perishable Products
For vases, planters, and gift items:
- Return Period: Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if in original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Return Process: Contact us first to initiate the return process.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photographs of the damaged item or incorrect product
- We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
5. Special Orders & Custom Arrangements
For bespoke or special order floral designs:
- Custom arrangements are created specifically to your requirements and are therefore non-refundable.
- If you have concerns about a custom arrangement, please contact us immediately, and we'll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
6. Event & Wedding Flowers
Our event and wedding flower services have specific terms:
- Deposits: All deposits for event flowers are non-refundable.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation more than 60 days before event: 50% refund of payments beyond deposit
- Cancellation 30-60 days before event: 25% refund of payments beyond deposit
- Cancellation less than 30 days before event: No refund
- Postponements: Event postponements are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees depending on the new date and availability.
7. Delivery Issues
For delivery-related concerns:
- Failed Delivery: If delivery cannot be completed due to recipient absence, incorrect address, or inaccessible location, we will attempt to contact the recipient and/or sender. A redelivery fee may apply.
- Delayed Delivery: While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any significant delays.
8. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request:
- Contact us within the timeframes specified above
- Provide your order number, date of purchase, and delivery
- Describe the issue and include clear photographs where applicable
- Indicate your preferred resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund)
